CRAM cat, You’re right about all the BS! I don't understand all of the bickering. The F18 concept is solid, but it appears that some people are determined to undermine it. Hopefully, we won't have that problem with the HT. I think that we have a solid boat (others companies will follow) with a good formula. If you like the boat but are afraid that there may not be others in your area may I suggest that you start talking to people who may want to sail a fast. lightweight 18 foot boat with a spinnaker (You might want to read my post in catsailor's new forum). I know that there are others like myself who thought that the I-20 was a little too powerful for the crews that they were sailing with. There also are people waiting to move up to a spinnaker boat. Now is the best time to move because the NAF 18 is far from being established in your area, despite what some people may tell you. You, like the owners of the first shipment, can be the one to start an exciting new class in your area. If there is anyway we can help you out please ask. Chris F18HT#6

I understand that Randy Smyth, Matt Struble and W.F. Oliver, as well as possibly other F-18HT Class members are planning to visit Italy and race in the Euros. This being so, then when will we reschedule the sailing camp to?
What about having it in conjunction to the Cat Fever Regatta? More members will have time on their boats (second container group). This being a major regatta, more members are likely to attend. Does anyone have any other ideas?
By the way, is the Newport Regatta being included in next year's circuit?
