I just read on the Catamran Sailor Forum that there is going to be a "Florida Multihull Championship" and Alter Cup Area D qualifier Nov. 22-24 at the Clearwater Sailing Center, which is just across the bay from Tampa. I have raced there before, it is nice, on a bay with no big swell or waves, excellent beaches and motels/restaraunts/shopping. Usually a good seabreeze around 2 pm. If we haven't found a place to hold our national championship by then maybe we could use that regatta? The trailer could be left in Florida afterwards for the Tradewinds and other winter regattas.
