Please could you clarify a couple of rules queries.
1.) The rules define hulls as two essentially duplicate or mirror image hulls fixed in parallel positions. This is the same wording as the A class, and would appear to ban canted hulls, however since some A's have them are canted hulls allowed in the 18HT class?
2.) I can see no reason why T-foil rudders are not allowed within the rules, as long as they don't exceed the 2.5 m beam, is this the case.
Kind regards

Suze,
Canted hulls do not violated the rules, as the centerlines are still parallel.
As long as the overall beam does not ever exceed 2.5 meter, then I see no reason why T-Foil Rudders could not be used.
How is the Stealth F-18HT coming?

I'm looking forward to getting mine in the water in March. I've gone for the non-conformant version with the wider beam as this one is going to be for fun rather than class racing.

WF,
It's coming along fine thanks. The boat is to be launched in March, and as you can see, Andy is our first customer!
Sails by Landenberger, German Ullman loft, tapered carbon mast, carbon boom, spinny pole, tillers etc. We are using a mid pole mounted snuffer and there are a few extras, exclusive to this boat, but Im keeping them up my sleeve!
